Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register on the bd0 platform and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. If you do not meet the legally required age, use of this platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts of users under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each user may open only one account.
Providing accurate information under your own identity is mandatory.
If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended.
Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Registration Process

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may prevent account verification and result in account closure. bd0 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Account Management

2.1 Login and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your bd0 account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

You are advised to change your password regularly.
If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.
Using another person's account is prohibited.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bd0 follows a customer identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent service. Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time, bd0 may request the following documents:

A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
Address verification documents if required.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. bd0 reserves the right to take appropriate measures to prevent fraudulent activity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into bd0: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Funds deposited into the account must not come from third-party sources — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Betting with credit cards or borrowed money is strongly discouraged.
bd0 reserves the right to reject any deposit if fraud is suspected.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals will be held if KYC verification is not complete.
Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests will be subject to additional verification.
bd0 will not be held responsible for withdrawal delays caused by technical issues, but will attempt to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 will add the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — making the total ৳62,000.

The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳100.
Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 20 times (20x).
Withdrawal is available only after wagering 20 times the total balance including the bonus amount.
If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, it will be cancelled.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

bd0's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active gaming. bd0 reserves the right to change cashback amounts. Misuse of any VIP benefit may result in account suspension.

4.3 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion at bd0 has a specific duration and terms. General terms:

A bonus offer can be used only once per account.
Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements on bets placed with bonus funds have not been met.
Multiple promotions cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
bd0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bd0 are governed by clear rules. Each game or betting market has its own specific rules, which are displayed in the game interface. If abnormal odds or payouts are shown due to a technical error, bd0 reserves the right to void those bets.

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
bd0's decision regarding incomplete bets due to network outages is final.
Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

5.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is accepted after an odds change, it will be settled at the new odds. The user is solely responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during live betting.

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bd0 platform and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for an advantage.
Collusion or conspiracy with other players.
Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
Copying or distributing platform content without authorization.

6.2 Response to Suspicious Activity

If suspicious activity is detected, bd0 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is completed. Necessary action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.
